Welcome to Scentatia. By accessing or using our website, scentatia.ae (the "Website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers within the GCC region.

1. Lawful Use of the Website

  • Authorized Access: You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and via the official interface provided by Scentatia.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Use of automated systems (crawlers, bots, or data mining) is strictly prohibited. You may not duplicate, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website without express written consent.

  • System Integrity: Any attempt to disrupt website security or interfere with our servers may result in immediate termination of access and legal action under regional cybercrime laws.

2. User Accounts

To access specific features or place orders, you may be required to register an account.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • Scentatia is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use due to your failure to secure your password.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • Currency: While the primary currency is UAE Dirhams (AED), orders from other GCC countries may be subject to currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider.

  • Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Accuracy: Customers must ensure all delivery details (including mobile numbers and district codes) are accurate. Scentatia is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be modified or cancelled prior to processing. Once an order has reached the "Dispatched" or "Shipped" stage, standard return policies apply.

4. Payment Terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within the UAE up to a maximum of 600 AED. For other GCC countries, pre-payment via secure credit/debit card may be required (subject to local availability).

  • Payment Security: We employ industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Scentatia is not liable for third-party breaches unless caused by our gross negligence.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline any order or delivery if there are outstanding balances, history of fraudulent activity, or ongoing legal disputes.

5. Pre-Orders

Select products may be available for pre-order.

  • Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are non-binding.

  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the shipment is processed for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, and fragrance descriptions, is the exclusive property of Scentatia or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited and protected by GCC intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scentatia’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the actual purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
