Refund Policy for Scentatia

At Scentatia, we strive for excellence in every bottle. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process tailored to our customers across the GCC.

1. Return Window & Conditions

  • Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Due to the nature of our products, items must be unused, unopened (seal intact), and in their original premium packaging to qualify for a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via email at scentatia.ae@gmail.com or message our Customer Excellence team on WhatsApp/Phone at +971 503911538.
  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
  3. Packing: Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided label.
  4. Collection: Our courier partner will coordinate the pick-up from your location.

Note: For orders outside the UAE within the GCC, return shipping fees may vary based on the specific country's courier rates.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Bank Transfers/Online Payments: 3–5 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank's processing time).
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Cancellations & Damaged Goods

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the shipment has been dispatched.
  • Damaged on Arrival: In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect perfume, please notify us immediately. We will fast-track a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
